ATELIER PROFESSIONNEL – VIDEO TRAINING
Tous les étudiants de l’ICFORMODELS ont rencontré Steeve Guerbaz de façon sublime.
Ils ont été accueillis au studio de Philippe Rupcic afin de partager un peu d’eux-mêmes devant la
caméra avec un timing de 5 min.
Cet atelier permet d’apprendre à s’exprimer face à une caméra : adapter le ton de sa voix face à
son audience, savoir comment construire son dialogue et sa posture pour attirer et garder
l’attention des spectateurs tout en respectant le temps donné et gérer son temps sans chrono à
l’appui.
Chaque étudiant fait preuve de bienveillance envers l’autre à travers l’écoute, le regard ou les
mots portés après chaque passage. Certains partagent des moments forts et marquant dans leur
vie ce qui touche et unit chaque personne. Cet atelier brise le jugement indirect que l’on peut se
faire et explique clairement pourquoi une personne peut se comporter ou agir de cette façon.
Steeve Guerbaz adapte chaque passage selon chaque personne, si l’un d’entre eux a des
difficultés à s’exprimer, tout le monde se lève pour créer un rapprochement afin qu’il ne soit plus
le centre de l’attention jusqu’à que l’élève soit à l’aise afin de reprendre seul son discours.
Cet exercice était essentiel pour beaucoup ! ils ont réussi à passer leur appréhension, leur stress,
le regard des autres. IC FOR MODELS est très fier de ses étudiants.
L’après-midi c’est le moment de relâcher la pression en faisant un jeu de rôles : le loup-garou.
Derrière ce jeu, au-delà de l’amusement, les étudiants doivent analyser le comportement de
chacun, savoir débattre, cacher ses émotions et surtout être stratégique. Le but ultime est
d’apprendre dans la bonne humeur d’une manière ludique tout en créant de magnifiques
souvenirs.

PROFESSIONAL WORKSHOP – VIDEO TRAINING
All ICFORMODELS students met Steeve Guerbaz in a sublime way.
They were welcomed at Philippe Rupcic’s studio to share a little of themselves in front of the
camera with a 5 min timing.
This workshop allows them to learn how to express themselves in front of a camera: adapting the
tone of their voice to their audience, knowing how to build their dialogue and their posture to
attract and keep the audience’s attention while respecting the time given and managing their time
without a timer.
Each student shows kindness towards the other through listening, the look or the words spoken
after each performance. Some share strong and significant moments in their lives that touch and
unite each person. This workshop breaks down the indirect judgement that one might make of
oneself and clearly explains why a person might behave or act the way they do.
Steeve Gerbaz adapts each passage according to each person, if one of them has difficulties to
express himself, everyone stands up to create a rapprochement so that he is no longer the center
of attention until the student is comfortable to resume his speech alone.
This exercise was essential for many of them! They succeeded in overcoming their apprehension,
their stress, the look of others. IC FOR MODELS is very proud of its students.
In the afternoon, it’s time to release the pressure by doing a role play: the werewolf.
Behind this game, beyond the fun, the students must analyze the behavior of each other, know
how to debate, hide their emotions and especially be strategic. The ultimate goal is to learn in a
good mood in a playful way while creating wonderful memories.
